Self-Love Activity For April!

Create a 'Gratitude List' like the one I just created. Be sure to include all the things that you are thankful for.

For extra fun you can gather your teen girl(s) and each of you can take turns reading as if you are at some Fabulous Award Show.

You can practice this weekly and increase to daily.
